Chicken croquettes

Ingredients
300 g chicken breasts
1 onion
3 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp flour
200 ml milk
100 ml sunflower oil
breadcrumbs
salt
2 eggs

Method
Cooking chicken and cut into small cubes. In a pan pour olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion until golden. Then add the flour, which also fry. After pozaparzhi flour and gradually pour the milk, stirring constantly. Then add finely chopped chicken and salt to taste. And leave the fire until it thickens. Then remove from heat and leave to cool. Can be left for several hours in the refrigerator. There are also oval balls of the mixture, dip in beaten eggs in advance, then in breadcrumbs and fry also in preheated sunflower oil.
