Ingredients
8 chicken legs (around 175 g)
salt
pepper
50 g cheese
50 g almonds
3 cloves garlic
basil
1 egg
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Legs are sprinkled with salt and pepper and bake in a greased pan with sunflower oil for 25 minutes. Beat the egg, the oil, grated cheese, ground almonds, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped basil. The resulting paste was smeared legs and bake for 20 minutes.
