Chicken liver with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1 kg potatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
2 peppers
1/3 cup sunflower oil
black pepper, red pepper, salt

Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Carrots, peppers and onions finely. In the pan put livers and vegetables (raw) seasoned with salt, black pepper, red pepper and pour sunflower oil, mix everything well and make up with water to cover the potatoes. Bake until the water boil off.

Very tasty yadentse. I do and as a topping for moussaka. Add a little savory and parsley.

Very easy and delicious dish! I slowed down a little I added mushrooms and potatoes - get is great. The only problem that I have (not only with clear) is that I do not evaporate the water. I do not know, a higher temperature you bake or to put less water?
