Chicken livers with mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 sraka green onions
200 g fresh mushrooms
1 carrot
2 tbsp flour
salt, pepper

Method
Livers are washed and cut into small pieces. Salted and let stand 10 minutes. Then rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil until browned. Ready livers allowed to drain better than fat. Mushrooms and vegetables cut in large pieces. Fry in hot fat. Pour 200 ml water and leave on the stove to boil. When the water boil off, seasoned with salt and pepper. Chicken livers are placed in the middle of a large bowl and pour about them ready vegetables.
