Chicken with olives in Moroccan

Ingredients
1 chicken
3 onions
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
pinch saffron
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley and fresh coriander
100 g green olives
1/4 pickled or fresh lemon
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Chicken wash and dries nice. In a large saucepan put all the chicken fat and fry until golden brown. Then subtract, sprinkle with saffron and put to bake in the oven. In the fat from the chicken put chopped onion and garlic and sauté, add ginger, turmeric, green herbs, salt and pepper and marinated lemon. Olives are flooded with water and put on the stove to boil water. This water is discharged, put it second and cook 10 minutes. Not put black olives must be green to slightly sour. The chicken is placed as a whole in a large tray on the sauce, put the olives around and garnish with lemon crust.
