Chicken pieces in black bean sauce

Ingredients
450 g chicken (skinless)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dry sherry
2 tsp peanut butter or other fat
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1.5 tbsp black beans, chopped in large pieces
150 ml chicken broth
Method
The meat is cut into 5 cm pieces and sprinkle with a mixture of soy sauce with sherry. Allow to marinate at least 1 hour, then remove and drain well. Large skillet (preferably wok) heat, add peanut butter after it is heated up and put ginger. Fry for a few seconds and add the garlic, green onions and black beans. Fry a few seconds and add the chicken. Fry 2-5 minutes on a very hot fire until it becomes brown. Add broth and let simmer for about 15 minutes to complete readiness of meat.

Fifth, do not laugh, what is black beans?

:) Edo is big and dark. Basically Mr. Amen lilavee me, but tell him black. Such variety is.

We've got this from beans, but it is very dark purple and is delicious.

Blaga, baby green beans is not 100%! Distinguish them :) this is like smilyanski bigger and cut into 4 pieces, or 2 optional!
