Chicken with pineapple and cashews

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
2 carrots
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
200 g canned pineapple
100 g roasted cashew
1 tsp ginger
several black pitted olives
4- 5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp caramel topping
few sprigs coriander
2 tbsp universal spice
sunflower oil for frying (about 100 ml)
onion (green part only) for decoration
Method
The chicken is cut into lengths of about zhuliencheta 6 cm. Oval is the universal seasoning and fry until almost in the heated sunflower oil. Cut into strips with a length of about 6 cm peppers and carrots and add to the chicken. Frying continues at a low heat. After a few minutes add the bisected olives, ginger and pineapple, pour with soy sauce and caramel. Boil for 5-6 minutes after which was added cashews, stir well and remove from heat. Was added and coriander, chopped into chunks and gently mixed. Serve with white rice and lightly sprinkled with chopped green onion.
