Chicken rolls with mushroom stuffing

Ingredients
200 g of onion
200 g fresh mushrooms
1/2 bunch parsley
2 eggs
4 chicken steak
200 g cheese
fat frying
Method
For the filling: mushrooms, cut into finely, sauté, then add the onion, finely chopped. Finally, add parsley, pepper. For the breading: Beat eggs with flour to the density of cake batter. In a separate bowl pour flour for rolling. For steaks, chops gently crushed with a wooden mallet. On each steak put cheese, stuffing, rolls up a roll and fasten with a toothpick. Rolled in flour, then in egg mixture. Fry until it turns rosy.
