Ingredients
          1 chicken
          1 sour cabbage
          100 ml sunflower oil
          1 tsp paprika
          1/2 tsp salt
          bay leaf

          Method
              Chicken wash well, then put in the deep saucepan. Pour 700 ml water and the vessel is placed on the stove included. After boil water is harvested bloody foam resurfaced. Chicken boil about 20 minutes, then remove well drained of water. Strain the broth through a strainer. Cabbage cut in half. Remove the ears of the two halves and the outer leaves. In tray ranks chopped cabbage. Watered with 3 cups of strained broth. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Chicken has a spine down the center of the tray. Top chicken is lightly watered with 100 ml sunflower oil. The dish is baked at 200 C for about 70 minutes.

Be sure to put grains of pepper and carrot, and still gives sweetness of carrot cabbage.
It is very tasty and fresh cabbage in the oven
