Ingredients
300 g chicken breasts
2 roasted red peppers
200 g Brussels sprouts
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1/2 onion
olive oil, salt
thyme, parsley

Method
Cut advance chicken breast and roasted peppers into strips, Brussels sprouts into halves, potatoes and carrots into cubes, onions crescent pot with 2-3 tbsp olive oil. Add water as needed salt and let the soup simmer over low heat until the vegetables boiled. Prior to push the soup from the heat and add the spices - parsley and thyme. The soup does not thicken.
