Chicken Tuscan

Ingredients
1 small chicken
2 cloves garlic
oil
6 sage leaves
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned chicken is cut into two halves, remove large bones, meat hammered, add salt , sprinkle with black pepper and brushed with olive oil, cover with leaves of sage, placed in a heavy pot and add garlic. The chicken was capped with a lid, a smaller court, so to press the flesh. Place a weight on the lid and stew for 10 minutes. Chicken turns and asphyxiation continues (again pressed with a weight lid) until soft (about 10 minutes).
