Ingredients
          500 g chicken fillet
          500 g broccoli
          250 g mushrooms
          3-4 red peppers
          3 carrots
          200 g sour cream
          chicken broth
          pepper, salt

          Method
              Chicken fillet is cut into large pieces and fry in heated sunflower oil until ready. Broccoli florets and tear placed in boiling salted water for no more than 5 minutes. Strain through a colander. Chopped peppers, carrots and mushrooms fried in fat, which is then removed carefully. Chicken, broccoli and pour the vegetables in a pot, stirred, make sour cream, as diluted with 1/2 cup chicken broth to obtain a homogeneous sauce. The dish is seasoned with salt and pepper.
