Chicken in white sauce

Ingredients
2 cups boiled or grilled sliced ​​chicken
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced carrots
2 cup chicken broth
1/2 onion
1 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
1 triangle processed cheese
salt
pepper
garlic optional
Method
Vegetables are steamed in the butter for a few minutes. Add the meat. Then the flour. Stir well to stick flour on other products. Pour the broth and stir well, without being removed from the fire. Add milk and - if rarely, can be used only half milk. Add processed cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. You can add garlic optional.
