Chinese sauce with sesame

Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame seed
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
1 sklidka garlic, crushed
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp rice wine or sherry
2.5 см piece fresh ginger
5 tbsp chicken broth
salt, ground black pepper

Method
Sesame seeds are baked in a dry pan until they turn a brownish color. The oil is heated and fry the garlic, then add the chopped and pepper. Fry for 1 minute. Add rice wine, ginger and chicken broth. Boil for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
