Chinese tea with egg yolk - II type

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) decoction of Chinese tea
1 yolk
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2 ml) lemon juice
Method
Yolk mix with sugar. Slowly add the tea and lemon juice.
