Chocolate parfait with strawberries

Ingredients
60 g strawberries
100 g of powdered sugar
100 ml brandy or orange liqueur
1/2 lemon
2 eggs
4 yolks
500 g cream
80 g chocolate
80 g sugar
Method
The cream is stirred in the rigid foam. Eggs, yolks and sugar are broken wire in a water bath for about 10 minutes. The mixture is then cooled, while continuing to fight for another 15 minutes, until a lump. Mix with grated chocolate and shattered cream (leave some for decoration), is distributed into appropriate forms and leave in refrigerator for 4 hours. cleaned and washed (whole or cut in two) strawberries 2-3 hours before serving stir in powdered sugar, lemon juice and liqueur, holding the cold. The forms are removed from the refrigerator, immersed for a second in hot water and turn on the plate. About Parfait arranged strawberries. Decorate with the remaining whipped cream.
