Ingredients
          5 eggs
          10 tbsp sugar
          10 tbsp flour
          8 tbsp sunflower oil
          1/2 tsp soda
          2-3 tbsp cocoa
          500 ml cream
          3 tbsp sugar
          vanilla
          2 leaves gelatin
          jam cherries

          Method
              Beat the eggs with the sugar. Sift the flour with the baking soda and cocoa and add them to the egg mixture. Finally we add the oil. The resulting mixture poured into a rectangular tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 200C for about 10 minutes. Subtract the hot base on a damp cloth and roll. Leave to cool.   whipped cream, vanilla and sugar to thicken. Add only sweet cherries and confuse nice. Melting the gelatin and poured it into the cream.   dissolve 2 tbsp jam cherries with a little water and slightly syrupy the base. Cream and rolled. We leave in the fridge to set.
