Chops marinated in mustard and spices

1 kg pork or chicken steak
1 tsp salt, ground cumin and red pepper, 1/2 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp garlic flour
2 tbsp spicy mustard
20 ml lemon juice
50 ml sunflower oil
1/4 tsp curry
Chops lightly crushed and placed in a deep dish - bowl or glass pan. The listed products are placed in a selected sequence in the meat, then mix everything very well and leave for several hours in the refrigerator. Bake of your choice - a tray or BBQ, as if cooked on BBQ amount of the oil is increased to 70 ml, to avoid sticking. Served with fries or baked vegetables BBQ with salad or pickles.

marinade I loved it, but the problem was that they were baked in the fireplace and were quite dry. next time will prepare them in the oven at smaller degrees and I am sure it will be very tasty.

roksana555, when you roast them in the oven and put them water / beer, wine / so are juicy and delicious sauce up received :). Good luck next time!

remiva, I'm sure we will get a lot better. And if you put in crock ... are simply irresistible taste :)
