Cocoa kozunak

1 cube of yeast
250 ml milk
200 g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 vanilla
1 kg of flour
# For the filling:
4 tbsp cocoa
1 lemon
2 tbsp cognac
butter to the pan and spreads
sugar for sprinkling
Yeast dissolved in a little milk with 1 tbsp sugar and salt. Leave to rise in a warm, add one by one the beaten eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla and flour. Knead into a soft dough, which is kept in a warm place to rise. Mix cocoa, grated lemon peel and brandy. In a pan put the butter and dough izmesva it to full coverage. Divide into two parts, one twist of the wick and put in the pan. The second part is kneaded with stuffing and also twist. The second wick is placed on the first tray and keep warm until the kozunak doubled in size. Baked for about 1 hour and immediately smeared with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
