Ingredients
          # For the base:
          1 cup thick kefir
          1 cup flour
          1 cup sugar
          1 tbsp cocoa
          1 tsp baking soda
          1 egg
          # For the cream:
          200 g butter
          1/2 cup sugar
          250 g sour cream
          grated chocolate for decoration

          Method
              The base is cooked, stir the eggs with the sugar until white. Add ayryanat. Stir flour with cocoa and baking soda. Gradually add the other ingredients. The dough is poured in a buttered cake detachable form. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees, about 20-25 minutes.   The cream is prepared by stir sugar with soft butter. Then add the cream. Stirred with a mixer to give a fluffy cream.   cool base is cut into two parts. One half is coated with cream. Top put the second piece base and pour the remaining cream. The cake is coated on all sides and sprinkle with chocolate.
