Cold soup with cucumbers

Ingredients
4 cucumbers
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
800 g cream
500 g yogurt
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Crush the garlic with salt mix with finely chopped parsley and the oil. Peeled cucumber cut into very thin rings, mixed with cream and cool 1 hour in refrigerator. Before presenting add yogurt, black pepper and salt.
