Colorful autumn salad of cauliflower

Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
5-6 peppers
5-6 pickles
3-4 cloves garlic
2 carrots
15 olives
2 sprigs parsley
2 sticks celery
oil
1 lemon
salt

Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and placed for 4 minutes in the microwave oven (not necessary to add water or salt). Allow to cool slightly. Peppers and cucumbers cut into julienne. Grate carrot, garlic cloves Strain and everything is added to cauliflower. Salad dressing flavored with lemon, salt and olive oil. Decorate with olives. Serve chilled.
