Colorful rice

Ingredients
250 g rice
1-2 green peppers
1-2 yellow peppers
1-2 red peppers
salt
nutmeg
pepper
fat

Method
Peppers are washed, cleaned, cut into onion and smothered in fat and a little water, then add salt. Rice is washed and boiled. When ready drain the water and mixed with stewed peppers, seasoned with spices. Serve as a side dish or main, as the rice fits neatly Доматено-чеснов sauce .

It depends on what type of rice you use. Personally, I do so: boiled rice-1 to the 5, roasted rice 1 to 4 in microwave 1 to 2 1/2. In milled rice 2 1/2. Still a matter of preference.

I apologize messed numbers-in microwave and milled rice 1 to 1 1/2.

I do not have a proportion of rice. First fry it well and then put a little water.
