Ingredients
500 g flour
15 g yeast
1/4 l. Milk
3 eggs
50 g butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
10 g parsley or savory
50 g Cheese
1 tsp caraway
2 tsp salt
Method
Yeast dissolved in hot down milk until effervescent. Add the eggs, sugar, salt and flour. A soft dough for kozunak. Left for 30 minutes. Then divided into 3 parts. In one knead paprika, in the second - savory or parsley, the third remains white. Knit is shallow and put in oblong baking dish. Rises a further 30 minutes. Dab with egg. Sprinkle, as the white tile put cheese, green - savory, the red - caraway. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C. After cooling to cut transversely into slices.
