Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
150 g salo
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 bunch roots soup
1 handful (250 g) green beans
1/4 jar (200 g) of peas tin
200 g sausage
1 tbsp (20 g) pork lard
parsley
pepper
Method
Tomatoes cut into halves, boiled for 10 minutes, then peel and rub through a sieve. Salo, cut into small pieces, stew in pig lard with chopped roots for soup and onion and pour the water in which mumbo tomatoes. Add rubbing tomatoes, green beans, cut into chunks, peas and 5-6 cup water. Soup, add salt and boil until soft of vegetables and salo. Finally, add the sausage, cut into rings. After ten minutes, remove the soup from the heat, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley and serve.
