Cooked zucchini with yogurt

Ingredients
750 g zucchini
500 g yogurt
4-5 cloves garlic
butter or sunflower oil
dill
parsley
salt
paprika
Method
Cleaned zucchini cut into thick slices of about 1 cm. Placed in the boiling salted water in which they are placed a few sprigs of dill. When ready are removed with latticed spoon and distributed portions of dishes. Mix yogurt with chopped garlic and zucchini each portion pour this milk. Separately, fry a little butter or sunflower oil and seasoned with paprika, finished portions are flooded with it just before serving. The dish can be served hot or cold. Instead of garlic yogurt can be mixed with chopped dill or parsley.

In a word - healthy. Instead of fry. Great idea!

And I do them in a similar way, only brew courgettes whole in salted water and then slice them, the rest is the same, but without roux. Many are delicious! Sometimes raw zucchini marinated fennel and garlic and then grill - also great!
