225 g butter
285 g sugar
450 g flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp orange peel
200 g chocolate spread
Soft butter and sugar was stirred briefly with the aid of the mixer, while mixing the products. Add baking powder, salt and eggs (which must be at room temperature). Flavored with orange peel. Finally add the sifted flour. Leave in refrigerator to harden for about 1 hour. Roll out with a rolling pin in not very thin crust. To not stick to the rolling pin can be placed foil over the dough until it is rolled out. The rind is coated with the chocolate spread (may jam) and rolled up. If necessary may roll again to put in the fridge for a while to cut more easily. For convenient operation can make several shorter rolls. Some of them might be stored in a freezer and for a longer time. Thus prepared roll cut cookies that line in a tray, covered with baking paper (there should be space between the cookies because increased diameter). Place in preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
