Couscous with chicken and lamb

Ingredients
6 chicken legs
6 pieces of lamb meat (neck)
6 zucchini
6 large carrots
1 onion
125 g canned chickpeas
150 ml tomato paste
250 g very fine couscous
2 tsp ras el Hanoun or other spices of your choice
oil
pepper, salt

Method
Fry them flesh in a little olive oil, add salt and pepper. And fry the finely chopped onion, then add zucchini, tomato puree, chopped carrots, salt and pepper. Flesh is poured into a deep pot, which adds the vegetable mixture. Add chickpeas. Reduce heat and let simmer until ready. During this time, prepare couscous, put up according to package directions. Add spice ras el Hanoun and 4 tbsp olive oil. Finished couscous put in the middle of a large platter and remove the rank flesh with vegetables and served.
