Cream soup of red lentils

Ingredients
2 cups red lentils
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 tsp ground cumin
pepper
salt
50 g butter
200 ml milk
1 lemon
croutons
Method
Clean and well washed lentils, onions, chopped tomatoes and garlic placed in 2-3 liters of boiling water. After all products soften, Strain. Add the spices, the butter and milk. The soup is served with croutons and lemon.

This is a Turkish dish and very tasty! First see recipe which puts milk on the red lentils!

You can put one carrot - it tastes better.

It was very good! The only thing that I liked is the taste of caraway. I think next time to replace it with savory!
