Ingredients
150 g cottage cheese (low-salt)
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp milk
4-5 strawberries (maybe more)

Method
Blend is the cottage cheese with sugar, milk and yogurt until smooth cream. Instead of milk and yogurt can be used 5 tbsp sour cream. At the end is put into the blender jar sliced strawberries. * Instead of strawberries happens with other aromatic fruit. * Instead of milk and yogurt can be put 4-5 tbsp sour cream or liquid. * It is very tasty kremche that if you stand for little in the fridge successfully replace ice cream. * I replaced the sugar with honey. * Add milk and yogurt gradually until the desired density of the cream.
