Ingredients
500 g strawberries
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
1/2 lemon
Method
Wash solid, healthy strawberries and leave to drain. The remaining softer strawberries are compressed, mixed with sugar, 500 ml water, wine and lemon juice, and cooled. Cream is poured into cups and add solid strawberries.
