Croquettes with skinless sausages

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
skinless sausages
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash. Add beaten egg, flour, salt and pepper. Stir nice. Are made buns, which puts a piece of skinless sausage. Took shape croquettes. Rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil.
