Curled pita with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
1 kg of flour
500 g yogurt
6 eggs
50 g sugar
50 g yeast
100 ml sunflower oil
Method
To add sifted flour 3 eggs , yeast, fuzzy little water, sugar, milk and 1 tbsp oil. Dough is kneaded, which was separated on 6 balls. They are rolled 6 small circles, which are coated with oil and leave to rise, then stuck two together. Each received three circles rolled separately, depending on the size of the pan and sprinkle with cottage cheese, mixed with the remaining eggs. The sheet is wrapped by the two opposite ends so as to form a double roll, which is extensible in length, wound on a round tray, oiled, and allowed to rise again. Bake in a moderate oven.
