Delicious apple pie with cream

Ingredients
# For the dough:
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
125 g butter or margarine
1 egg
125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla
# For the filling:
750 ml natural apple juice
250 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla
900 g sweet-sour apples
1 package vanilla powder (60-70 g)
# To decorate:
400 g sweet cream
3 tbsp cocoa
Method
Make the dough: The butter was stirred with sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and sifted flour with baking powder. Involved elastic dough. Formed into a ball, place in a plastic bag and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Preparation of filling: On the stove is placed in a deep dish apple juice and when boil add sugar, vanilla powder, sugar and vanilla.Stir constantly until thickened. Peel apples and cut into thin slices. Heat oven to 170 C. Roll out the dough on a round crust with diameter 26 cm and put in an oiled detachable form cake. Top rank apple slices. Pour cool off with cream and bake about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and when cool, using a squirt top shape florets from the shattered cream. Sprinkle with cocoa with a sieve.
