Ingredients
1 kg chestnuts
500 ml milk
1 lump as walnut butter
4 yolks
2 tbsp sugar
Method
Chestnuts Boil, peel and Strain or smash with a fork or press potatoes while still warm. Milk is put to boil with the butter and sugar. Remove from heat and add gradually trickle well beaten yolks. The resulting cream to the boil, remove from heat and add the chestnuts. Dessert pour into bowls and cover with a broken egg whites or whipped cream.
