Dessert with oranges

Ingredients
4 oranges
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) orange juice
2 yolks
1 tsp (5 g) starch
120 g of powdered sugar
cream
candied cherries or candied orange peel
Method
Cut caps from the washed oranges off 1/3 from the top, carefully Remove the core and compressed. Mix orange juice, egg yolks, sugar and starch and stirred in a water bath to compression. Fill the orange peel with a cream and cool. Before presenting decorate with whipped cream and candied fruit.
