Diabetic pumpkin pie

Ingredients
800 g white pumpkin
2 NutraSweet dust
2 eggs
50 g ground walnuts
15 g butter
cinnamon

Method
Pumpkin steam cooker. Before cool mix of mashed, add NutraSweet dissolved in a little water, beat egg yolks, the walnuts, cinnamon and mix everything well. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and carefully added to the mixture. Pour into an oiled mold and bake in a moderate oven. cake is recommended for people with diabetes and people with obesity, but can be consumed by healthy people.

For frying zucchini you it is either sweet pumpkin?

No, not about the zucchini and a pumpkin. Outside crust is very light gray almost white underneath the meat is orange, fragrant and delicious!

It was a superb cake! I did it with pumpkin *violin* and walnuts cut into one.

And my mother, and my mother in law with high blood sugar, so this recipe will necessarily her try and offer it to them.

Milena, I put another type of sweetener, but it does not matter. And with sugar to make / healthy people / cake is easy and delicious.
