Dish with sausage and prunes

Ingredients
500 g of boiled sausage
4-5 onions
1 large tomato
10 prunes
1 tbsp flour
1 bay leaf
50 ml red wine
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Onions, cut into julienne, stew in the oil and 2-3 tbsp water. Add the grated tomato, sliced ​​sausage and dried plums. Sprinkle with flour and make some hot water. If need be, add salt. After 10 minutes, pour the wine, put it bay leaf and simmer 5-6 minutes.

I thought of it because now is the season of dried fruits.

I've never cooked with prunes and I have no idea what is the taste of the dish tempted to cook, but do not know how to take it home :)

Plums impart a sweet taste, if you put less.

Today I tried the dish exactly the recipe, my mazh loves dishes SAS prunes and many onions, but cool sausage baked and not boiled may be more interesting.
