Dolmas with bulgur and lime leaves

Ingredients
1 cup bulgur
1 onion
1 slice carrot
1 tomato
1 bouillon cube of your choice or salt
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
spices of your choice
canned lime leaves

Method
Heat the sunflower oil in sauté chopped onion and grated carrot and a few minutes grated tomato. Add the bulgur, cube broth, spices and 1 and 1/2 cup water. After the boil, leave on low heat until the bulgur absorbs the water. In each leaf put the mixture, turning to the packet and ranks in a saucepan. Top put a porcelain dish, pour hot, salted water to taste. Boil for 15-20 minutes. * Serve with yogurt or salad. * You can optional be built with 1 egg, 1 tbsp toasted flour and 3-4 tbsp yogurt.
