Double meatballs

500 g minced meat mixture (pork and beef)
300 g chicken mince
50 g butter
2-3 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 eggs
6 large mushrooms
2 slices of bread
150 ml milk
200 ml cooking cream
50 g cheese
50 g mayonnaise
salt, cumin and black pepper

Bread soaked in milk and mix of slurries. To mince mixture is added 1/2 of the bread, chopped onion, 1 egg and spices to taste. Kneaded. In chicken mince add another 1/2 of the bread, crushed garlic, the butter, 1 egg, seasoning to taste. Kneaded. Mushrooms are steamed for 5 minutes in salted water. Minced meat mixture is formed of six large meatballs. Arrange in a buttered baking dish. With fingers in the middle of making holes. Chicken mince also make 6 meatballs and in the center put on a sponge. Place meatballs on the other. Spread top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. In the pan put the cream. Bake at 180 C 45-50 minutes. In presenting decorate with mayonnaise and beans currant or cranberry.

In our family we prefer baked food - this dish definitely liked.
