Dough pastry with cottage cheese

Ingredients
250 g unsalted cottage cheese
2 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
vanilla
1 pinch of lemon zest
pinch of salt
15 g yeast
60 g butter
3/4 - 1 cup sugar
Method
The yeast is mixed with 2 tbsp lukewarm milk and 1 tsp sugar. While the yeast rises to break the butter with the sugar and eggs pretritata sieve cottage cheese, salt and spices. Add the yeast and flour and mix medium soft dough. The dough is processed 5-7 minutes and put in a form greased with butter (to fulfill half of its capacity) and leave to rise for about an hour. Bake in a moderate oven for about an hour. Before withdrawing the cake is checked whether it is baked with a stick or wooden skewer.
