Dzhurkana beans

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 handfuls (400 g) mature beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 heads (100 g) onion
salt

Method
Broad beans are cleaned and soak in cold water overnight. The next day to clean the husks, pour cold water and boil until soft, then ground to a paste, which is added to the stew in fat finely chopped onion with paprika. Dish add salt, mix well and serve.
