Easy appetizer of pig hearts

Ingredients
pig hearts
salt, colorful salt
soy sauce
Method
Cleaned and washed hearts are put in cold water and cook until ready (most easily fall in pressure cooker). Add salt at the end is a little salt. Ready hearts cut into slices, rank in the top plate and sprinkle with soy sauce and a little colored salt. Serve cold.
