Eggs with leeks and cream

Ingredients
5 eggs
5 leeks
40 g butter
1 cup cream or milk
2 tbsp flour
1 bunch parsley
100 g cheese
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
Method
Leek cut into strips and blanched in boiling water until soft. In pan melts the butter and spread it on empty. Prepare topping by 3 eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper - broken well and finally chopped parsley and pour it empty. On cream topping is tapping two eggs (poached), grated cheese is and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in preheated oven until browned.
