Eggs with rice Neapolitan

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
6 eggs
30 g cheese
40 g butter
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Rice is boiled, drained, mixed with grated cheese and pour into a buttered pan. Top put lumps butter and arrange half boiled eggs. Add salt and sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Serve the court in which the roast.
