Ingredients
700 g pork lung
200 g streaky pork
pork kidney 1
1 pork heart
1 tsp savory
1/2 h. L. Pepper
2-3 with. L. Rice
1/4 onion
1 meter thick pork intestine
salt
Method
Chop in small pieces meat, rice, lung, kidney, heart, grated onion, savory and pepper placed in a container and a nice mix. The washed with water and salt colon is full of ready mix and tied firmly on both sides. In a saucepan pour the water in the bottom pan is placed on it and put the filled intestine. Top is capped with another dish and leave to simmer about 2-3 hours.
