Ingredients
20 black olives
4 slices of brined feta cheese, sheep or cow
20 washers tomatoes
1 onion
pepper, coarse
8 tbsp olive oil
# For the cream :
185 g canned tuna without sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp mayonnaise or remoulade sauce
2 tbsp ketchup or tomato juice
1 tsp lemon juice
a few drops of Tabasco sauce

Method
The fish is chopped finely, mixed with Blend garlic, mix with mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice and Tabasco. The cream should not be completely smooth. The feta cheese is placed in a sheet of aluminum foil, each plate feta cheese put 5 washers tomatoes, 5 olives, a few onion rings, sprinkle with pepper, capped fthe oil and bake on grill about 15 minutes.
