In Figs caramel

Ingredients
12 figs - ripe and big
200 ml dry white wine
50 g butter
200 g sugar
cream - dry or spray
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Figs are arranged in glass baking dish, pour the wine and distributes them over the butter. Baked for 20 minutes at 240 C to soften. Prepare a caramel, as in a dry frying pan put the sugar with 1-2 tbsp water. Stir constantly until light brown and then withdraw from the heat and add the lemon juice. Stir until a homogeneous mixture, which is poured figs. Serve with cream. It can be served with ice cream.
