Ingredients
          700-800 g of fish of your choice
          1 onion
          2 large tomatoes
          1 large carrot
          1 zucchini
          1 red pepper
          300-400 g potatoes
          salt, cumin, black pepper 1 tbsp paprika
          1 tbsp parsley, dill and green onions
          sunflower oil for frying

          Method
              Fish is cleared and cut into portions. Baked on a grill or fry. Carrot, zucchini, peppers and onions cut into thin strips and potatoes and tomatoes circles. In fat sauté all vegetables and flavor. In baking pan pour half of the vegetables are ordered fish and flavor, top spread the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley, dill and green onions. Bake at 200 C for 25-30 minutes.
