Ingredients
1 kg of fish
500 g small onions (shallots)
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 head (50 g) celery
8-10 (200 g) fresh mushrooms
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
1 (60 g) carrots
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
10-15 olives
Method
The fat is heated and it stewd to softening chopped onions, carrots and celery. Add sliced mushrooms and red tomatoes and sauté until the water has evaporated. Add red pepper, olives and onions cleaned. Add salt mixture, stir and pour the water or fish broth. Boil on low heat about 1/2 hour, then pour into a baking dish. Was placed on top cleaned, cut into servings of fish. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and bake in the oven until ready.
